Number Two
Ok, here is kind of a cool story. My mom works in Southampton hospital, Long Island for any one who doesn't know. She is an x-ray tech. has been for a long time. But the other night when she was working she went into the waiting room to get the next patient and to her surprise Julie Andrews was sitting there (she was waiting for a friend, so don't worry). But I don't know about any one else but I love her. I am she is Mary Poppins. Everyone in the world pretty much has seen that movie and if you haven't go rent it now. But any way my mom was telling me that no one knew who she was, which i just thouhgt was terrible. But the next patient she saw was a little girl and her mother and father came in with her, and my mom mentioned that she saw Julie Andrews in the waiting room. The mother of the little girl didn't know who she was so when my mom said Mary Poppins and the little girl stood up and went to leave and when she was ask where she was going she said that she had to go and talk to her right away. I thouhgt it was cute but unfortunetly she needed to get her x-ray and was unable to meet her. But i really can't blame her becuase i would love to meet her. I have to admit that the Sound of Music was one of my favorite movies growing up. Well actually I had a lot of favorite musicals West Side Story, My Fair Lady, and Annie. I watched Annie so much that the tape was worn out. But i recently got it on dvd so its ok. Although I did watch regular movies too, of course I have seen every disney movie, well at least almost. I have to go with Aladin being my favorite, but I also enjoyed Lion King, except I would fast foward through the scene when his dad dies. Little Mermaid is also a classic and now my little cousin sings it all the time, its very cute. I have gotten some what off topic but I like talking about movies, right now my favorite movie is Say Anything. Its an 80's movie with John Cusak (not sure how to spell his name, sorry). But its a great movie and if you haven't seen you should.

Number One
I just started my first week of my sophomore year. I arrived a few days ago and I moved into a four person suite with three of my best friends. It seems like it is going to be a good year, we are getting along pretty well. The only problem so far is that we have no hot water in our shower. Which is a terrible thing but I hope it will be fixed soon. Trying to set up my room was a challenge it took three hours to set up my computer and it still doesn't run right. But at least I have the Internet. So I can check my email ever hour or so even though no one usually emails me. And of course I'm always on facebook just like everyone else I know. My classes seem to be pretty good however I might switch out of my business class because I recently decided to become a math teacher. So I should really start taking the classes that go with that major. I want to be a 9th grade math teacher I think because I would also like to be a coach. Probably softball since its my favorite sport. I decided to be a teacher mainly because of my work schedule all summer off is not a terrible thing. But I also want to be able to help the kids and teach them. I am a little nervous about it though because its a big decision but I think its the right one. Another big reason that i decided to do this is that one day I would like to open my own restaurant and with summers off I could do that. Even if it is only open then it would still be something I would like to do.
